Alexander “Alex” Garcia has been working out of ECF Art Centers' San Pedro studio since 2017. As a fan of Japanese anime, the majority of Alex’s work is defined by a compilation of fan art. Working primarily with Photoshop, Alex creates delicate feminine figures that are either characters from favorite shows or original characters.
