Returns and Refunds

We appreciate your support. As a nonprofit organization, all sales made through our website (www.artecf.org) help support our programs and services. Artists receive a 50% commission on all sales, with the remaining 50% reinvested directly into the program to provide supplies and materials. Your purchase helps empower artists with developmental disabilities and sustain our creative studio environment.

Returns

Due to the charitable nature of our organization, all sales are considered final. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.


Refunds (If Applicable)

To request a refund, please contact us at gallery@ecf.net with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable). Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective item, we may provide a replacement if stock is available.
