Josie Aranda is an expressive painter who loves to paint with lush colors, textures, and brushstrokes. She enjoys painting bugs, animals, birds, landscapes, flowers and vases, astronauts, and ships. Josie works with multiple layers. She starts with washes of color with a medium brush, then works in the details with smaller brushes, paint pens and markers. Recently, Josie has incorporated collage elements into her paintings.
