Darran Daughty

Darran Daughty has been working out of ECF Art Centers Inglewood since 2017. Daughty meticulously works in painting and drawing. He is inspired by cities, people, cartoons, and Will Smith. A recurring study in Daughty’s practice is sneakers. This fascination has allowed him to create an extensive body of work that, when viewed together, highlights the differences and similarities between his favorite sneakers. Daughty enjoys the time required to make these works, as well as embellishing colors to fit his vision. In his free time, you can find Darran fishing, walking, or spending time with his pet rabbit.
