Cindy Miyashiro

Cindy Miyashiro has been working out of ECF Art Centers' Westside studio since 2017.

”I am inspired to be great at what I create, and do it nicely. I have been doing art since I was in elementary school. I enjoy drawing with ink pens and I enjoy using paint. I prefer working on paper. I also paint on different types of clothing.

I like to draw different things on paper. For example I select information from magazines and I transfer that information into my sketchbook. The information collected in my sketchbook is then utilized in my artwork, using ink and paint.”
