Shelima King

Starting at South LA Art Center in 2020, Shelima is a creative force to be reckoned with. She has a strong artistic voice and especially loves to draw happy animals in the jungle. When she is not doing art, Shelima likes to interact and learn on social media and to figure out new and amazing outfits, hair and fashion choices for herself. Shelima has especially proven to be a natural with ceramics, and has made many animal sculptures and exquisitely well built and painted functional objects in the few months that she has been in the ceramics lab.
