Evan Carter

“Hello My name is Evan Carter. I am a relatively new artist in ECF. I have been drawing and making art since I was a child. I really like to make all kinds of art but, my favorite is drawing. I use art as a way to keep my mind and hands busy, and express my creativity. When I make art I am usually in my own world and won't stop until the piece I am working looks the way I want it to. When I finish an art piece or if I am halfway done I like to ask others around me their opinion about my art. I like doing this because other people can see things in my art that I can't and I use their opinions and suggestions to make my art better.

Currently I have been working on realistic looking art/portraits with some creative liberties. I usually hand draw and paint all of my pieces. However since the pandemic happened I am learning how to draw digitally. I am using a program called sketchbook pro and it's really fun to use so far. I am learning a lot of new things and techniques and expanding my knowledge of art."
