Adilene Zepeda

Adilene “Addy” Zepeda joined the Whittier studio in 2023, with a bit of a creative practice already underway. On her own, Addy enjoyed drawing with colored pencils, capturing her immediate environment. Addy is drawn to natural elements, and is exploring animal and botanical studies in a variety of familiar mediums as well as learning new techniques in printmaking and embroidery.

“Whatever I feel, I have to put down on paper. I love natural stuff and I’m sewing watermelon right now. I want to experiment with more ways in art.”
